Transit Times & Packaging

To ensure prompt delivery, we exclusively use premium express courier services, striving to get your produce from our hands to yours in the shortest time possible.
Perishable goods are carefully packed in high-quality, mixed recyclable insulated packaging to maintain their perfect condition during transit. This guarantees freshness for at least two full days, and even longer during colder seasons.
Frozen Products
Most of our frozen food shipments arrive frozen, though we cannot guarantee this. If your order has defrosted upon arrival, it should still be at a very low temperature and safe to put directly into your freezer. Refreezing is only unsafe if the product has reached 8°C. It’s important to note that supermarkets often sell defrosted food as “fresh,” advising that it can be frozen once you get home.
Fresh Truffles
Our fresh truffles are shipped in a foil resealable pack with an absorbent paper, ideal for storing in your fridge. For storage beyond a few days, we recommend wrapping them in a paper towel or using a Tuberpac. For the best culinary experience, consume fresh truffles as soon as possible.

All orders received will be dispatched on the same day depending on your location.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
We ship all our parcels via an express next working day service by default, usually with DPD or DHL, and on the day before your selected delivery date. It’s important to note that, by US courier terms and conditions, we cannot guarantee that your parcel will arrive the next day. Please keep this in mind when planning for events or parties where timely delivery is crucial.
CHANGES TO YOUR DELIVERY
Please ensure that all delivery information is accurate when placing your order. Once your parcel has been dispatched, any attempt to change the delivery address or divert it is done at your own risk. We cannot be held liable for any loss or delay of parcels resulting from changes requested while the order is in transit, including requests to deliver to a pick-up shop.
If you choose to divert your parcel to a DPD pick-up shop or opt for ‘leave in a safe place’, please note there may be a minimum 24-hour delay, and this option is also undertaken at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for theft or spoilage of goods if you were not available to personally receive them on the specified delivery date.
NOTE: You can collect your order from our warehouse between 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday. Simply notify us of the PICK UP option after the basket page of our website at the checkout note(specifically). - USPS: Orders are typically shipped on the same day or within the next couple of business days, depending on the time of order placement. Please allow up to 2 weeks or longer for USPS delivery.
- UPS Ground: Your order will be shipped within 3 business days, unless we are waiting on a new batch of the product.
- UPS Express: For dried mushrooms, the order must be completed by 10 am PST to be shipped the same day. Fresh mushroom orders may have same-day shipping options available. We strive to dispatch every order within 2 business days.
Handling Fresh Mushrooms: If you’ve selected fresh mushrooms, please refrigerate them immediately upon receipt. To ensure their freshness, store them in a plastic strainer covered with a dry hand towel for optimal air circulation. Check them regularly, and if any mushrooms appear slimy, smell bad, or are turning white, please discard them immediately.
